Stage Three: Acceleration

Here, leaders move beyond survival to culture-shaping, vision-casting, and multiplying their reach. You’ll establish systems that empower others and create organizational health.

• Clarifying and casting a God-sized vision

• Establishing mission, values, and biblical culture

• Empowering leaders and running effective meetings

• Creating organizational cadence and recruiting systems

• Training and recognition processes to sustain growth

Stage Four & Five: Duplication and Maturation

The ultimate test of leadership isn’t how many followers you gather but how many leaders you raise up. This stage focuses on developing others, sustaining momentum, and multiplying ministry impact.
