As the founder of TheChurchHub.org, he has created a community designed to strengthen pastors, ministry wives, and key ministry leaders, equipping them for healthier, more sustainable churches. Earl has also played a key role in global church planting movements and served as an early investor and executive producer with Dallas Jenkins for The Chosen, amplifying the gospel's reach worldwide.

Married to his wife for over 30 years, Earl and his family are blessed with children who love the Lord and share in their commitment to faith and ministry.
