Our community features may be powered by third-party provider Circle.so. We provision access to community spaces to enable seamless participation. By using community features, you agree to follow applicable community guidelines and any terms provided by Circle.so. Violations may result in suspension or removal of access to specific spaces or the Service.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, Circle.so for community and Resend for email delivery). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
The Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by The Church Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CHURCH HUB AND ITS TEAM, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.
