Small Church USA (SCUSA) helps churches that are stuck, in decline, or longing to move to the next level but aren’t sure how to get there. This ministry is led by seasoned pastors who have lived through and led successful church revitalization and renewal.
Over the course of one year, pastors receive intentional leadership coaching and strategic guidance to develop and implement a customized three-year strategic plan. Pastors from across the country are experiencing real health, revitalization, and momentum in their churches through this process.
