With decades of experience as a pastor, coach, and trainer, Kent has invested his life in developing leaders who embody biblical courage, clarity, and conviction.
He has helped plant and coach churches across the U.S. and internationally, walking alongside leaders to cultivate both personal health and organizational strength. Kent is passionate about seeing pastors thrive---not just in ministry effectiveness but also in spiritual vitality, family, and long-term faithfulness.
Through his role with TheChurchHub.org, Kent leads cohorts and coaching experiences that challenge and encourage leaders to embrace bold, biblical leadership while shaping cultures of discipleship and multiplication.
